Welcome to Southern Grace! Southern Grace is an extravagant manor that simply takes your breath away. One of the largest beachfront rentals in the country, this house has a unique design through and through, evident when you first approach. However, once you take a look around, the magnificence of it becomes clear. Outside, you will enjoy the Tiki Bar, large in-ground pool (32'x14'-heated for a fee), dance floor, and ample covering from the weather’s elements-perfect for shade in the summertime or providing the covering for your wedding. Don’t worry about privacy; Southern Grace is built over an acre of land, making private parties or family fun that much more intimate.

The house is nothing short of a dream away from home. With plenty of parking and sleeping for large groups, you’re sure to feel accommodated for any family or social outing. The house features two magnificently oversized suites overlooking the ocean, along with 5 additional suites with king-sized beds and lavish décor. Seven fully furnished bedrooms housing double queen beds compliment Southern Grace’s living experience. Two additional rooms contain bunk beds, making it a perfect haven for your kids to have fun, enjoy their stay, and sleep tight. Let them play in the oversized room, outfitted with double queen beds along with the popular double queen built-in bunk beds, while the others enjoy their time in a room equipped with double queen beds and one twin bunk bed.

With 18 bathrooms, it’s a guarantee that everyone gets their fair turn at a hot shower. Don’t worry about lines or complaints, this house accommodates everyone sufficiently. There are even four showers outside! Furthermore, there’s a bedroom within the manor which is handicap accessible, including a handicap bathroom as well.

Just when you thought this dream house couldn’t get any more convenient, it boasts a large, residential elevator to help with moving in and out and just to enhance your stay.

The living spaces in this house are nothing short of breathtaking. With two giant living spaces on each floor in addition to a second living room on the second floor, you will find it hard not to sink deeply into the comfort the house provides. Lining the rooms is a wide array of luxurious windows, bringing in the natural light from outside and only adding to the sumptuous ambiance. If you aren’t tempted to spend all your time in the great room, venture to the separate movie/game room, featuring a prodigious HDTV, a game table, and a foosball table for additional entertainment and fun.

While we’re talking about entertainment, let’s talk about the 19 television sets placed throughout the complex. There are massive TVs installed in the common areas, with smaller sets in each of the bedrooms, making it ideal for everyone to have something to watch at any time. Cable provided on the 3 common room TVs and Roku on the bedroom TVs. Also, having an in-house collection of over 30 DVDs lets you catch a late-night hit movie with friends and family. Need internet? Not a problem. Lightning-fast 500 Mbps of WI-FI access is indeed available at your fingertips. This makes it all too perfect for the late-night workhorse or internet surfer.

If you’re in the movie/game room and find yourself getting parched, please enjoy the kitchenette equipped with a microwave, sink, and drink refrigerator. This is a fun palace for the kids or kids at heart or a convenient oasis for club or church meetings. If you’re starting to feel peckish, take your appetite to the extra, extra-large, luxurious kitchen area, where 3 refrigerators, 3 state-of-the-art ovens, 2 microwaves, and a 10-burner cooktop make you feel like you’re on the set of a Kitchen Network show. After dinner (there is seating for 52 or more if you use the couches), explore the popular beverage serving area. Enjoy cocktails, coffee, or just some juice with your little ones.

While you’re kicking back, take advantage of the large, private heated pool (extra fee to heat). If the sun isn’t for you, or if you’ve just simply had enough, venture over to the covered area on the colossal pool deck and relax in the comfort of some shade while still being part of the fun. Challenge someone to a game of corn hole, shuffleboard, basketball (bring your ball), ring toss, etc. Once the nighttime arrives, take advantage of the Tiki Bar and showcase your dance moves on the dance floor. Perfect for fun family nights or club meetings where you just need to get loose and enjoy life. The area under the house has stained concrete for a ballroom feel.

There is something for everyone here, as you can play basketball with friends and family while preparing burgers and hotdogs on one of the two gas grills available to you. The entire complex is specifically designed for large group gatherings, so don’t be afraid to invite some extra friends!

*Sunday to Sunday rental (7-night minimum) during summer season (great so you don't hit the Saturday rental turnover traffic). Other check-in days are okay outside of the summer.

*To see accurate rates, search on Sunday to Sunday. Sunday to Thursday or Thursday to Sunday. Those are the only days you can book. I can custom adjust your dates, nonsummer, from there but those days of the week are the only ones that show the correct pricing. Prices accurate to Dec. 2025 (ask about pricing beyond that).

*We highly encourage you to buy trip insurance in case your plans change. Large groups plan far in advance to get on everyone’s schedule. And with so many people, things can change or hurricanes can come. We have little ability to re-rent for you to get your money back for any last-minute changes so best to purchase trip insurance. It costs 7% for standard insurance or 10.8% for Cancel For Any Reason insurance (covers you for everything as you do not need a reason). After you book I can send a link to these options.
